What to do when your work and email service isn't working

1. Try your provider in a different way: the desktop app, the web version or the phone app.
2. Check the company's official status page for known problems.
3. Sign out and back in. Expired sign-ins cause many errors.
4. If you have a meeting, send attendees a phone number or another meeting link.
5. Tell your IT team if only people at your organisation are affected.
