Is giffgaff down right now?

What to do if giffgaff isn't working

1. Turn airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off again. This makes your phone reconnect to the network.
2. Restart your phone. It clears many signal and mobile data problems.
3. Ask someone else on giffgaff nearby whether theirs works. If it doesn't, it's likely a network problem.
4. If you have Wi-Fi, turn on Wi-Fi calling in your phone's settings so calls and texts still work.
5. Use giffgaff's coverage or network status checker to see known problems in your area.

Our check tests the public giffgaff website. Its app, sign-in or other services can still have problems while the website is up.
