What to do if Ocado isn't working
- Don't place the same order twice. Check your email and your bank for a confirmation first.
- A pending payment that doesn't complete is usually released by your bank within a few days.
- Try the Ocado app if the website fails, or the other way round.
- Empty your basket and add items again if checkout keeps failing.
- For a missing delivery, wait until the service is back, then use its help pages.
