What to do when your parcels and post service isn't working

1. Deliveries usually carry on even when your provider's website or tracking is down.
2. Tracking updates can lag by several hours, so a parcel may be further along than it shows.
3. Check the email or text with your tracking number for a direct link.
4. If you need to rearrange a delivery, try again later or use the courier's app.
5. Contact the shop you bought from if the parcel is very late. Your contract is with them.
