Is InPost down right now?
We check inpost.co.uk live from Cloudflare's network.
What to do if InPost isn't working
- Deliveries usually carry on even when InPost's website or tracking is down.
- Tracking updates can lag by several hours, so a parcel may be further along than it shows.
- Check the email or text with your tracking number for a direct link.
- If you need to rearrange a delivery, try again later or use the courier's app.
- Contact the shop you bought from if the parcel is very late. Your contract is with them.
Our check tests the public InPost website. Its app, sign-in or other services can still have problems while the website is up.
