Is Evri down right now?

What to do if Evri isn't working

1. Deliveries usually carry on even when Evri's website or tracking is down.
2. Tracking updates can lag by several hours, so a parcel may be further along than it shows.
3. Check the email or text with your tracking number for a direct link.
4. If you need to rearrange a delivery, try again later or use the courier's app.
5. Contact the shop you bought from if the parcel is very late. Your contract is with them.

Our check tests the public Evri website. Its app, sign-in or other services can still have problems while the website is up.

Why is Evri not working for me?

If our check shows the website is up, the problem is more likely your device, your connection or the Evri app. Deliveries usually carry on even when Evri's website or tracking is down.
