What to do when your streaming service isn't working

1. Close the your provider app fully and open it again.
2. Try another device, such as your phone instead of your TV, to see whether the problem is your device.
3. Sign out and back in, or update the app.
4. Run a speed test. Streaming in HD needs a steady connection of a few megabits per second.
5. Restart your router if other apps are slow too.
