What to do if Netflix isn't working
- Close the Netflix app fully and open it again.
- Try another device, such as your phone instead of your TV, to see whether the problem is your device.
- Sign out and back in, or update the app.
- Run a speed test. Streaming in HD needs a steady connection of a few megabits per second.
- Restart your router if other apps are slow too.
