What to do when your travel service isn't working

  1. If you can't buy a ticket online, you can usually buy one at the station or on board where permitted.
  2. Check live departures on National Rail Enquiries or the station boards.
  3. Keep your ticket and booking details. If your train is delayed, you may be able to claim Delay Repay.
  4. If your provider's app won't load, try its website in a browser, or the other way round.
  5. For flights, check your airline's app and the airport's departures page before travelling.
