Is Southern down right now?
We check www.southernrailway.com live from Cloudflare's network.
What to do if Southern isn't working
- If you can't buy a ticket online, you can usually buy one at the station or on board where permitted.
- Check live departures on National Rail Enquiries or the station boards.
- Keep your ticket and booking details. If your train is delayed, you may be able to claim Delay Repay.
- If Southern's app won't load, try its website in a browser, or the other way round.
- For flights, check your airline's app and the airport's departures page before travelling.
Our check tests the public Southern website. Its app, sign-in or other services can still have problems while the website is up.
