Is TfL down right now?
We check tfl.gov.uk live from Cloudflare's network.
What to do if TfL isn't working
- If you can't buy a ticket online, you can usually buy one at the station or on board where permitted.
- Check live departures on National Rail Enquiries or the station boards.
- Keep your ticket and booking details. If your train is delayed, you may be able to claim Delay Repay.
- If TfL's app won't load, try its website in a browser, or the other way round.
- For flights, check your airline's app and the airport's departures page before travelling.
Our check tests the public TfL website. Its app, sign-in or other services can still have problems while the website is up.

Is TfL down right now?
Use the live check at the top of this page. It loads the TfL website (tfl.gov.uk) from Cloudflare's network and shows whether it's answering right now.
Why is TfL not working for me?
If our check shows the website is up, the problem is more likely your device, your connection or the TfL app. If you can't buy a ticket online, you can usually buy one at the station or on board where permitted.
