What to do if TSB isn't working

- If a card payment fails, try chip and PIN instead of contactless, another card, or cash.

- Be careful of scams during outages. TSB will never ask you to move money or share your PIN or passcodes.
- If a payment is urgent, call TSB using the number on the back of your card.
