Is NOW down right now?

What to do if NOW isn't working

1. Look at your router lights. A red or orange light usually means the problem is on NOW's network, not your equipment.
2. Turn your router off at the wall, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. This fixes many connection drops.
3. Test with your phone on mobile data. If websites load there, the fault is with your broadband connection.
4. Check NOW's service status page or app. Most providers let you check for faults by postcode.
5. If you need to get online now, use your phone's hotspot until the connection is back.

Our check tests the public NOW website. Its app, sign-in or other services can still have problems while the website is up.

NOW questions

Is NOW down right now?

Use the live check at the top of this page. It loads the NOW website (www.nowtv.com) from Cloudflare's network and shows whether it's answering right now.

Why is NOW not working for me?

If our check shows the website is up, the problem is more likely your device, your connection or the NOW app. Look at your router lights. A red or orange light usually means the problem is on NOW's network, not your equipment.

How do I know when NOW is back?
